If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after it is delivered, you may return it within (10) business days and receive a full refund for the price of the product.
Shipping charges will not be refunded. Keep Deals does not supply pre-paid shipping materials for returns, or cover the returned merchandise shipping fees. We will issue your refund within (12-24) hours of receiving the returned merchandise.

Cancelations after (24) hours will require the customer to return the undamaged product to receive a full refund. We cannot exchange your order after (24) hours because it will have already gone into production. Please review our RETURN POLICY.

You may amend your order and address details within (24) hours of purchase. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with your change requests, and label the subject line: CHANGE MY ORDER, and make sure to include your full NAME and ORDER NUMBER. We will confirm your changes have been made.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY STATUS
We offer international shipping to all customers a small fee but free if customers order five or more paid products. All shipping is sent via trackable carrier. Tracking codes will be provided to customers after your order has been placed, please allow up to four business days to receive your tracking code. Nearly all shipping is sent internationally so please leave 30 days for your products to arrive. Customers that order more than one product can expect products to arrive separately so please do be alarmed if one or your products arrives before the others.
